Senior Sales Staff

Assist and report to Client Account Manager to do below tasks

• New Product Introduction

- Receive drawings, BOM from customers & send them to engineering department to make quotation

- Make quotation and send to customers.

- Handle sample Purchase Order for qualification.

- Coordinate with other departments (Planning, Production, QC, …) for sample production status

- Manage sample shipment to customer

- Follow sample result status in customer & handle customer issues.

• Mass Production

- Manage Purchase Order & Forecast from customer

- Coordinate with other departments (Planning, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, …) for production status

- Manage shipment to customers and handle customer’s issues

- Manage sales revenue and payment status.

- Make sales revenue report & forecast report.

• College / University Degree

• Good English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing)

• Good Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, …)

• Experience in assistant sales manager / sales manager in Manufacturing company (Mechanical products)

• Technical background (read and understand drawings & BOM) is advantage.
