Senior Sales Manager (ERP, Software Product)

- Manage Business Performance + Develop and implement market growth strategies in Vietnam: Identify market expansion opportunities and create short-term and long-term business plans. + Establish sales policies and build distribution channels: Research, design, and update sales programs to attract potential B2B customers and partners. + Expand the customer database across untapped markets, segments, and industries. + Monitor and optimize sales activities to achieve revenue targets. + Build and maintain customer relationships through multiple channels. - Human Resource Management + Train and develop the sales team. + Track performance to provide evaluations and guide professional growth. + Foster a positive work environment that encourages creativity. + Ensure the team adheres to company policies, processes, and standards. - Close Coordination + Work closely with management and other departments. - Reporting + Prepare timely and transparent reports for leadership + Report on business performance and propose strategies. - Additional Duties + Carry out other tasks as directed by leadership.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role - Strong knowledge and experience with ERP solutions and related software - Proven experience in building and managing high-performance teams - Strategic mindset for market expansion and driving sales growth - Skilled in developing and nurturing relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders - Customer-focused sales approach with excellent communication skills - Advanced English proficiency - Bachelor’s degree
