Senior Sales Executive - Protective Coatings (Ngành Sơn Công Nghiệp, Hà Nội)

Drive sales growth with both non-buying customers and buying customers in the Protective segment by initiating, monitoring, and following key customers assigned by line manager.
Non-buying customer (50%):
- Assist in obtaining approvals for Jotun solutions on projects by providing technical and commercial information;
- Build and maintain a network with owners, consultants and designers, of projects;
- Identify and map projects, influence decision-makers, and secure projects for Jotun’s benefit.
Buying customers (50%):
- Establish and maintain good relationships with fabricators and applicators;
- Inform fabricators and applicators about Jotun’s solutions through regular visits and presentations;
- Promote and implement Jotun solutions to support market leadership.
Yêu cầu công việc
Qualifications:
• University graduate in Chemical, Construction, Business Administration, or related fields;
• Minimum of 3 years of sales and/ or specification experience in the paints, construction, or related industries;
• Project management skills and technical knowledge;
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to manage client interactions and project tracking;
• Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and project data to make informed decisions;
• Strong ability to address and resolve issues that may arise during project execution or client interactions;
• Effective presentation and communication skills in both Vietnamese and English;
• Experience working with owners, consultants, and applicators;
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
