Responsibilities:
• Execute the company's business plans and strategies: Ensure the stability and development of assigned customers or regions.
• Build, maintain, and enhance the company's image, reputation, and position in the cosmetics raw materials supply industry (Home care and Personal care) through activities such as meetings, consultations, marketing advice, complaint handling, and customer care.
Implementation of business plans and strategies:
• Develop work plans (plans for organizing promotional activities, technical consulting, and business development).
• Have a deep understanding of products, applications, suppliers, competitors, and the market to provide effective customer consulting.
• Advise on sales and customer care policies.
• Implement promotional and sales activities according to the company's plans, processes, and regulations.
Inventory and accounts receivable management.
Business and market development:
• Conduct regular and continuous customer care activities.
• Seek, build, and establish business relationships with new and potential customers in the assigned field.
• Organize and receive suppliers, customers, and partners for visits and work at the company.
• Organize the collection and analysis of industry/field information and market needs.
Yêu cầu công việc
• University degree or above in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Biotechnology.
• English proficiency in both communication and specialization (equivalent to TOEIC 700 or IELTS 6.0 or above).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet, etc.
• Good understanding and detailed knowledge of the market, including industry, scale, growth rate, potential, competitors and market share, opportunities and threats,...
• Effective communication skills, persuasive presentation, listening and positive feedback.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships, customer care.
• Positive, optimistic attitude.
• Results-oriented, persistent in pursuing goals.
