Senior Sales Executive

We are seeking suitable candidates for two positions of Senior Sales Executive, one each for our Hanoi and Hochiminh city offices, with details as below:

Job Description:

- Primary responsibility is generating sales of animal feed ingredients;

- Collection and reporting of market information;

- Follow up and coordination on contracts, shipping documents, shipment schedules, payments, etc;

- Checking shipping documents to ensure compliance with contract and LC terms;

- Update buyers on vessel ETA, coordinate with shipping line and suppliers on any issues;

- Keep proper records of contracts and related documents;

- Prepare weekly reports on contracts and shipments.

Required Qualifications/Skills:

- ⁠Fluency in written and spoken English;

- ⁠Graduate degree, preferably from Foreign Trade College/University;

- ⁠Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar position;

-⁠ ⁠Extensive relationships with purchase departments in the feed industry is a must;

-⁠ ⁠Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
