Senior Sales Executive

* Sales/ Housing/ Real estate:
- Prepare documents related to sales activities such as: BA, SPA, notification letters, accounts receivable letter, hand-over documents kits, payment notice.
- Take care of individual customers in house sales.
- Address customers request/ enquires.
- Manage house hand-over, pink book hand-over.
- Liaise and collaborate with relevant teams at site to support buyers, residence, sales agencies, collaborators related to House Sales.
- Carry out sales activities based on plan approved.
- Report to Assistant Manager.
- Other tasks will be assigned by Senior Manager.
* Admin:
- Follow up record sales activities.
- Prepare various reports in B2C.
- Support in all administrative and paper works.
- Attending meetings, taking minutes of meetings and keeping notes.
- Update and make sure all department developers/ sale agencies operations follow ISO standard.
- Market research and competitors' updates.
Yêu cầu công việc
1. Knowledge (*):
• Real estate/ Business/ Commerce.
• Good at PowerPoint, Excel, Word
• Customer care.
• Active and dynamic.
2. Skills (*):
• Well communication.
• Negotiation skills.
• Computing.
• English speaking and writing.
• Flexibility to adapt with works required.
• Well-managed in networking with individual/ cooperate customers and sales agents in Real Estate field.
3. Qualities (*):
• Bachelor of Business/ Commerce.
• Experience in real estate, retail market, commercial.
• Years of relevant experience: 02 or above
• Age preference: 26 — 28.
• Priority given to candidates those who are living in Binh Duong and used to work in real estate.
