Senior Sales B2B Specialist

• Execute sales tasks according to assigned targets from direct management
• Actively search for and approach customers within assigned territories and segments (e.g.,
FDI companies, industrial zones, multinational corporations, educational institutions, etc.)
• Analyze customer requirements, work with consulting teams to prepare presentations, and
persuade clients to sign contracts
• Monitor and address customer needs, maintain and develop relationships with both existing
and new clients
• Resolve any product or service issues customers may encounter
• Research and stay updated on the company’s IT products/solutions
• Perform data analysis and reporting on work outcomes, competitors, and growth potential
for NetNam’s products and services in the market
Yêu cầu công việc
• College or university degree in any field
• Minimum of 2 year of experience in software sales, IT solutions sales, or B2B sales;
Telecom/ISP sales experience is preferred
• Proven experience in customer prospecting, acquisition, and retention
• Soft skills: Negotiation, presentation, communication, listening, and customer
psychology
• English communication skills are preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting skills
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure
