Senior QC Inspector/ QC Supervisor, Footwear (Tien Giang)

• Monitor product quality produced by suppliers to ensure it meets the quality requirements set by the company.

• Follow established procedures and guidelines to perform on-site quality inspections of materials, parts, semi-finished and finished products, as well as labeling and packaging at different stages of production.

• Prepare and submit various inspection reports in a timely manner.

• Assist and support to explore possible causes and solutions for any quality issues.

工作内容：

• 对供应商在不同生产阶段进行品质检查，包括物料、试产、半成品和最终成品。

• 准备并提交检验记录和报告。

• 维护品质管理文件/报告/资料库（如：生产变更，出货品质备忘录）。

• 协助追踪供应商执行改善计画的情况。

• 协助主管针对品质问题研究可能原因并寻找解决方案。

• 掌握生产进度，适时联系相关部门回馈资讯。

• 把开发前段与量产技术部门对产品的要求能落实于工业化生产阶段

• 备忘载录前段开发针对 SMS，型体级放试做，量产试做等阶段，之注意事项，以利后续量化生产作业验货要点。

• 追踪管理产品测试结果，与量产包裹样品文件。

• 3 years or above experience in Quality Control (QC) of Footwear products.

• Chinese reading, writing and speaking skills are highly preferred.

• English reading skills.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Normal visual capability and without color blindness.
