Senior Project Management – R&D Engineering

• Lead the development of new projects, including both vehicles and accessories, ensuring alignment with company strategies and customer expectations.

• Translate market input into actionable project plans by collaborating with R&D Vietnam and Global R&D teams to build comprehensive development phases.

• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.

• Manage the entire lifecycle of projects, from planning, prototyping, and sampling to trial production and mass production:

o Work with supply chain and procurement teams to identify and source new components or materials for development projects.

o Coordinate closely with design, production, and quality assurance teams to address technical issues and optimize product performance.

o Act as the central point of communication. Provide development information such as technical documentation/ drawings/ shopping cart for the relevant departments

o Strictly control BOM and standard operating procedure to assure Component comply between technical BOM and actual assembly SOP

o Support the development and technical change in the mass production model

• Conduct detailed research on competitor products, including technical specifications, system technologies, and overall competitiveness.

• Collaborate with the product marketing team to integrate insights into future product strategies.

• At least 5 year of working experience in project development; experience in the automotive or motorcycle industry is a significant advantage.

• Strong educational background in technical engineering.

• Advanced English skills for effective communication across global teams.

• High energy, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.

• Able to read drawing (2D & 3D) is an advantages.
