Senior Organization Development Specialist
Job description
Purposes:
This role contributes to managing and enhancing the capabilities, effectiveness, and performance of the organization through the following key activities:
- Sustain and develop people and organizational capabilities;
- Talent management and development strategies.
- Cultivate and promote a strong organizational culture and professional working environment.
- Manage and improve the effectiveness of the performance management system and practices.
- Collaborating effectively with HR in member companies to ensure quality implementation and practices of Talent and OD policies and programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the system and enhance the effectiveness of PMS (Performance Management System) application and other related SAP/ERP functions.
- Oversee learning and development activities, ensuring that solutions, content and tools are up-to-date, high-quality, and meet the organization's development needs and requirements.
- Design talent and competency development plan, ensure needs are met, quality implementation and evaluation for continuous improvement.
- Develop Talent and OD solutions and programs addressing growth strategies of departments and companies.
- Communicate and conduct transferring corporate programs to HR in member companies; support to ensure the quality of implementation and handle reporting.
- Provide support and functional/technical consulting to related people in departments and member companies.
- Ensure quality of data management and reporting.
Job requirements
Knowledge & Experience:
- Knowledge of competency development: building competency frameworks and assessment, implementation, and effectiveness evaluation.
- Experience in corporate training, organizational development and project management.
- Experience in content design and communication in HR, culture, learning and development.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and OD processes such as SAP, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Talent Management & Development.
- Strong command of English.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR-related applications and being tech-savvy.
- Proficient in Data Analytics and reporting.
- Strong capacity in self-learning and coaching, mentoring.
Personality traits: Open-minded, persistent, can-do attitude, accountable, highly adaptable.
Other requirements:
- Has a clear career goal and development roadmap in HR.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in handling core HR activities with experience in Performance Management, Talent Management in medium to large corporations.
