Mô tả công việc
Key Responsibilities / Duties
1. Recruitment & Staffing:
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure recruitment efforts align with the company’s goals and workforce planning.
- Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners to ensure a smooth hiring process.
2. Headcount Budget Management:
- Manage and track the headcount budget in line with company plans and business requirements.
- Provide regular reports and analysis on headcount, ensuring the company remains within budget and adjusts for operational needs.
3. Organizational Chart Management:
- Maintain and update the company's organizational chart, reflecting any changes in positions, departments, or reporting lines.
- Collaborate with department heads and management to ensure the organizational structure is aligned with business objectives.
4. HR Information System (HRIS) Management:
- Oversee and manage the company’s HRIS, ensuring all employee data is accurate, up to date, and compliant with regulations.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and optimize the HRIS for better data management and reporting.
- Provide support and training to HR staff on how to utilize the HRIS effectively.
5. ISO System Implementation
- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of HR processes in accordance with ISO standards.
- Monitor and evaluate HR practices, ensuring they meet the required ISO quality standards.
- Train HR personnel on ISO procedures and conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO guidelines.
6. Other Responsibilities:
Support HR management in various strategic HR initiatives and projects/ events.

Person Specifications
- Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience : Minimum 3-5 years related experience
- Specific skills / abilities : Job Knowledge, Communication and writing skills, computer literate
- Personal qualities : Independent, Confidentiality, Integrity
