Senior Mold Design Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Receive work-related requests from the programming group leader

• Implement work related to programming and machining mold parts, jig parts

• Receive information about design, evaluate and give feedback on feasibility

• Create a reasonable and optimal machining plan and sequence for the part

• Program CNC machining, design electrodes, export programs and technology sheets to the production department

• Participate in discussing and agreeing on technical issues with the production department and related departments

• Propose improvement and repair plans when problems arise during the machining process

• Training and sharing professional knowledge to develop the team

• Participate in production cost optimization projects

• Building standards for machining programming

• Report work progress to direct manager.

• Consult technical issues with relevant departments.

• Learn and observe to make improvements for the department and the company

• University graduate majoring in engineering

• Have at least 02 years of experience in programming machining, especially experience in machining molds for automobiles and motorbikes

• Ability to analyze and divide the machining sequence reasonably for mechanical parts

• Proficient in programming software Work NC, CAMTOOL, NX.., office software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint...)

• Understanding the capabilities of CNC, CMM, EDM, Wire-Cut machining machines

• Understanding cutting tools, mechanical properties of materials to be machined, reasonable cutting modes on CNC machines

• Have a high sense of responsibility and comply with the organization's regulations.

• Always demonstrate bravery, urgency and determination in work

• Work with high responsibility, be proactive, do not avoid or rely on.

• Work urgently with a highly responsive spirit, quickly and completely resolve problems that arise in production

• Always show the spirit of fighting against negativity in the company.
