Senior Marketing Manager
Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead brand renovation efforts, enhance digital marketing strategies, and drive customer engagement across multiple F&B brands. This individual will oversee six brands: The Running Bean, BeAn Vegetarian, Esta, Häagen-Dazs, Snowee, and Le Petit, focusing on identifying each brand’s unique selling proposition (USP). The role involves managing content, customer relations, and budget allocation while reporting to the Director and working closely with the business owner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the brand renovation process for six brands, identifying each brand’s unique selling proposition (USP) and refining brand positioning.
- Oversee marketing strategies and initiatives for **The Running Bean, BeAn Vegetarian, Esta, Häagen-Dazs, Snowee, and Le Petit.
- Drive digital marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and customer acquisition across digital platforms.
- Develop and implement customer engagement strategies to foster loyalty and strengthen customer relations.
- Oversee the creation and management of brand content, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand identity.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve marketing goals.
- Utilize AI and data analysis to optimize campaigns, improving brand sentiment and customer experience.
- Lead and mentor the Brand and CRM teams, driving their performance toward achieving key business goals.
- Work closely with the business owner to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Monitor and manage KPIs using the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) and OGSM frameworks, with a focus on growth in brand awareness and customer sentiment.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, ensuring effective brand differentiation.
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar senior marketing role, preferably in the F&B industry.
- Proven expertise in brand renovation and USP identification.
- Experience in content management, budget management, and customer relations.
- Strong skills in digital marketing, brand strategy, and customer engagement.
- Familiarity with AI tools and techniques for enhancing marketing performance.
- Knowledge of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) and OGSM frameworks for performance management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience managing multiple brands simultaneously.
