Senior Manager, Bancassurance Quality Assurance

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Sales Quality Management:

• Managing sale quality matrix and developing initiatives & action plan to improve sales quality (Persistency, successful welcome call, misconduct cases, ...).

• Locally work with key stakeholders: Bank Head Office, Account Head and sales team to implement plans for K2 enhancement and other sales quality matrix in different roles (project owner, coordinator, ...).

• Build up toolset to support Sales teams to drive sales quality.

• Support sales team/ partners/ other departments in case of enquiries, questions or complaints regarding to Sales Quality.

• Work with Group Office in projects relating to Sales Quality Management.

Banca Distribution Risk Management:

• Key coordinator from Banca to collaborate with relevant departments (Risk, Legal & Compliance, Operations and internal Banca relevant teams) to identify risks, implement controls to manage these risks and report regularly on any risks, incidents or issues relating to sales quality to Team Head and Channel Head.

• Perform checker role as line 1B of Banca on the Operational processes to ensure any related risk is well-awared, escalated timely and mitigated: Agent Life Cycle (on boarding, training, termination process and sales process).

• Other tasks assigned by line manager regarding to Sales Quality & Risk Management.

• Bachelor’s degree, prefer in Economics, Auditing, Statistics, or related fields.

• 7-10 years of working experience, minimum 4 years’ experience in distribution or insurance operations.

• Qualification / Certificate in Life insurance is a plus.

• Possess understanding of the end-to-end process for the sales and post-sales process for insurance.

• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerBI and SQL.

• Have knowledge of key persistency metrics for assessing sales quality, K2.

• Good data analytics and data story telling.

• Strong communication skills to communicate complex topics in an easy-to-understand manner to a wide range of audience.
