• Formulate the company’s policies, guidelines, operation manuals and propose any revisions if necessary;

• Assess the relevance of regulations issued by the regulators and prioritise the regulations according to the level of risks;

• Review the self-compliance checklists to enable them to execute self-compliance checks for guidelines/acts/rules and regulations;

• Review and enhance the mapping template and the SCC to facilitate a more focused frequency of compliance review/testing;

• Review regulatory reports to ensure accuracy of data and timeliness of submission to regulators;

• Provide guidance on the regulatory related errors to ensure non-recurrence;

• Circulation of the new issuance/updates of guidelines/act/rules and regulations to all HODs for their evaluation for formulation of action plans to comply with the regulatory requirement.

• University degree or higher in law, finance, economics, business management, or related fields;

• A minimum of 4 years’ experience in legal securities or financial service companies;

• Good knowledge in commercial law, especially the law of contract, law on enterprises, law on investments and law on securities;

• Knowledge of, and experience in an operating environment of strong internal controls, and corporate governance;

• Written and verbal communication in English and Vietnamese.
