Senior Legal Counsel - Global FMCG

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Legal Counsel with a focus on Marketing and Compliance to play a key role in our client's FMCG business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal matters and possess exceptional analytical skills. Description As a Senior Legal Counsel, your main responsibilities will include: * Providing legal advice on marketing initiatives and compliance matters. * Developing, implementing, and overseeing legal strategies and policies. * Reviewing and drafting contracts, agreements, and internal policies. * Working closely with various internal departments to ensure legal compliance across the board. * Handling any legal disputes and proceedings as they arise. * Staying abreast of changes in laws that affect the company and the FMCG industry. Profile A successful Senior Legal Counsel should have: * Higher degree in law from reputable institution; * 7+ year experience and proficiency in advising on various legal matters, specifically in marketing and compliance; * Leadership experience in establishing or running legal teams; * Strong analytical and decision-making skills; * Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Vietnamese; * Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
