Senior Lead Developer

POSITION GOAL

• As a Senior Lead Developer at our digital consulting firm, you will play a pivotal role in driving the design and implementation of innovative technology solutions for both Vietnamese and international projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver High Value digital experiences and transformation initiatives, where your technical expertise will make a difference.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITES

1) Essential Job Duties

a) Lead and manage the technical aspects of the development of a High value Technical Platform for the US Market.

b) Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and designers to define project requirements, scope, and solutions for the development and deployment of our technical platform.

c) Design and implement innovative, scalable, and robust technical solutions, ensuring alignment with our business goals and industry best practices.

d) Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

e) Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks and issues, ensuring the success of our technical Platform.

f) Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in solution Delivery, applying this expertise to drive continuous improvement.

1. Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems, or a related field.

2. Work Experience

• 6+ years of experience in a technical role within the digital consulting or technology industry, with a focus on SAAS Solution platform

• Proven track record of leading and managing successful technology projects, preferably in international contexts

• Overseas work experience is a plus

3. Licenses/Certifications required

4. Critical knowledge & skills including tools, software applications, language, etc.

• Fluent in English and Vietnamese, with strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in .net and at least React.JS, React, typescript Microsoft Graph API, HTML CSS, Node.js, Azure SQL Database

• Experience In Application Deployment and operations (CI/CD, environment managements, Cloud infrastructure, …)

• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, as well as DevOps and CI/CD practices

• Not Mandatory, Plus: SPFx (webparts)
