Senior FP&A Executive

Financial Planning: Assist in the development and execution of the annual budgeting process, including the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial models.

Financial Analysis: Perform financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions, including cost-benefit analysis, scenario planning, and variance analysis.

Partner with the business functions to define clear metrics, goals, and action items that need to be achieved and hold the business functions accountable for their completion in line with the Digital business strategic plan & initiative.

Partner with business stakeholders to drive the annual planning lifecycle including all budgeting, forecasting, and monthly management reporting.

Process Improvement: Continuously improve financial planning and analysis processes, identifying process efficiencies and automation opportunities.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including financial reporting requirements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other finance team members and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial information is available to support decision-making.

Perform other duties and ad-hoc projects requested by high levels.

Minimum 3 years working experience in the field of Finance and Accounting.

Prefer to have at least 3 years of Big 4 experience.

Proactive, self-starter and possess a business, commercial acumen, high standards of professionalism.

Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
