Senior Executive Product Management

At HLBVN, we’re in search of an experienced product executive to follow up a multidisciplinary development team. This person should be a skilled product management to the full lifecycle of a product, from conception to release. We’re looking for a confident executive that could support Digital Product Manager including the development phase, UAT testing & related reports.

Objectives of this role

Drive the product- and business-planning processes for cross-functional teams

Analyze product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they’re met

Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments

Build-up the SOP process & the compliance’s reports

Functional (job responsibilities)

• Work directly with Product Manager for the long-term growth of the Digital Banking initiative

• Follow up the tasks with external vendors as Product Manager assigned

• Create test cases and manage UAT testing

• Ensuring overall timelines and deliverables are met

• Work with various systems to report and help service Product related issues from customers

• Ensuring SOP’s are updated

• Work with Compliance about the report periodically

• Perform other tasks as required by Head DB

Managerial (team/group responsibilities)

• Work closely with other departments

• Work closely with Digital Product team & Head DB

• Work closely with Malaysian counterparts

• Drive the DIGITAL AT THE CORE company strategy within the team and peers

Organizational (organizational responsibilities)

• Responsible for reporting on progress of Digital Initiative

• Work with Legal and Finance departments for contracts and payments

• Work with IT, Product, Operations, and other company wide divisions to ensure alignment with the banks broader goals and facilitate smooth cross-functional cooperation

• Ensure all products satisfy Legal and Compliance requirements

Education/Qualification

• College degree required, Master’s degree is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years’ experience developing product with testing and/or BA background a plus

• Prior experience with financial services

• Proactive, teamwork, self-starter with the ability to multi-task

• Can verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese
