Senior Executive, Insurance Advisory
Job description
Functional (job responsibilities)
• Advise insurance (both life and non-life) solutions to the clients from end to end
- Generate and prepare a list of qualified pipeline (both self-generated and internal referrals) for banca selling
- Approach the potential customers and conduct financial needs analysis to identify relevant insurance needs
- Provide accurate advice about product features and benefits
- Be in charge of fulfilling and submitting insurance application forms
- Closely track the underwriting status and provide prompt support to customers in case medical check-up and/or other activities are required
- Ensure that all policies are properly issued and pass free-look period.
• Perform high quality after sales service
- Take care of customers after free-look period to guarantee no policy surrender and capture relevant up-sale/cross-sale opportunities.
- Be responsible to advise and persuade customers to renew their policies in the second year.
• Deliver excellent service quality:
- Produce work of a high standard of quality, efficiency and accuracy in daily operations.
- Comply strictly to internal/external regulations regarding banking and insurance operation in Vietnam.
- Handle customers’ complaints (if any) properly and promptly, and within regulated internal responding time.
- Ensure having no operational mistakes that lead to financial loss to customers and the Bank.
Others:
- Assist time to time on reports & statistics, i.e: market update/survey of product trends and competition.
- Provide internal referrals for other products
Managerial (team/group responsibilities)
- Work with Product Owner to offer proactive and personalized financial services to the customer.
- Support Manager in promoting and developing market presences, this will ultimately deliver the individual jobholders targets and support overall Centers targets.
Job requirements
Education/Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree/University degree. Majoring in Business, Banking, Finance is a plus Experience
- At least 5 years working experience within a minimum 12 months in a related field/experience.
- Good sales tracking record
Special Skills
- Strong sales skill, sound communication/negotiation/presentation skills and excellent customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently as well as to work in a team
- Ability to handle multitask and to work under pressure
Certification/Licensing Requirements
- Valid life insurance license and no active agent code on the on-boarding date
