Senior Event Specialist

What you’ll do at Everfit:

1. Planning and Executing Events and Activities

• Plan and deliver a diverse range of events and activities, including regular ones such as weekly Happy Hours, sports events, internal knowledge-sharing workshops (e.g., AI, technology trends), and annual flagship events such as company retreats, Christmas parties, and office openings.

• Organize external events like community events, expert seminars, networking sessions, conferences, and fireside chats focused on technology and wellness topics to enhance Everfit’s industry presence and attract more talent.

• Manage logistics such as venue selection, vendor contracts, catering, and technology requirements.

• Create visually appealing and well-branded event decorations, videos, and materials.

2. Enhancing Employee Engagement

• Lead initiatives to promote employee well-being and a sense of belonging through regular programs like wellness challenges, professional development workshops, and English learning initiatives (e.g., organizing tutors).

• Design events that align with Everfit’s values, fostering a fitness-forward and tech-savvy workplace culture.

3. Aligning Community and Brand:

• Collaborate with the Marketing and HR teams to ensure external branding consistency in events, such as student/university visits, partner visits, and external company events.

• Work with the Marketing team to amplify event success and impact through social media and other communication channels.

• Support community engagement by organizing public-facing activities that attract top talent, including networking events, tech conferences, and workshops.

4. Managing Budgets and Tracking Metrics:

• Handle event budgets to maintain cost-effectiveness while delivering high-quality experiences.

• Track and analyze participation rates, feedback, and event outcomes to continually improve strategies.

5. Others

• Support the HR Department with research and strategies to enhance recruitment efforts, particularly for designers and other roles in Hanoi.

• Assist the Head of Product as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in event planning, employee engagement, or community-building roles.

• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Good proficiency in English.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Creative mindset with a passion for fitness, wellness, and fostering connections.

• Expertise in event/project management and design tools (e.g., Canva).

• Strong attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Positive and cheerful personality, with an ability to inspire enthusiasm.

• A keen eye for visuals, style, and aesthetics (video, picture, design, decoration).

• Understanding of social media and strategies to promote event impact.

While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:

• Experience in tech companies, startups, or fitness-related industries.
