Senior Corporate Planning Officer
Job description
• Business Plans:
- Develop, review, maintain and monitor of NSRP’s business plan, both annual and mid/long-term plan.
- Develop detailed annual business plans that outline specific goals, timelines, and measurable performance targets to support operational and financial objectives.
- Track and review annual business plan progress, recommending adjustments as needed to ensure alignment with corporate targets.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Corporate among departments to develop and monitor performance on business activities, the corporate KPIs and individual KPIs for Management and departments.
- Compile, verify, and consolidate data for performance reports to ensure accuracy and consistency across the company.
- Identify areas of improvement based on performance analysis, providing actionable recommendations for corrective measures when necessary.
• Corporate Governance and Compliance:
- Ensure that all planning processes adhere to NSRP’s governance standards and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain regulatory adherence and uphold confidentiality standards.
- Support periodic audits and reviews related to strategic and operational planning to confirm compliance and accuracy.
• Budgeting: Develop and control budget for the assigned areas
• Policy and procedure: Develop and maintain procedures and guidelines to support the organization in the implementation of, and compliance with, internal policies and/or external regulations.
• And other tasks assigned by Manager and other superiors.
Job requirements
* Educational Level : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields (Master’s degree preferred).
* Work Experience : Minimum 8 year of professional experience, including at least 5 years in corporate planning, with preference for experience in the oil, gas, petrochemical or manufacturing industry.
* Skills :
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with expertise in data analysis.
- Knowledge about Business Planning, KPIs and Finance analysis.
- Knowledge about oil refining project activities
- Knowledge about project management
- Report writing and presentation skills in English
-English skills TOEIC 700 or equivalent (Fluent communication in English)
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Basic Knowledge of economics of refining business
