Mô tả công việc
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities by exploring potential partners, digital platforms, and online sales channels to expand market reach and drive revenue growth.
2. Develop strategic partnerships with brokers, Insurtech firms, and digital vendors to enhance distribution networks and create innovative insurance solutions.
3. Lead partnership engagement efforts by initiating discussions, negotiating terms, and fostering strong relationships to maximize collaboration and business potential.
4. Drive digital sales strategies by leveraging digital tools and online platforms to enhance customer acquisition and increase market penetration.
5. Oversee and optimize digital marketing initiatives to support lead generation, boost brand awareness, and improve conversion rates.
6. Monitor and analyze sales performance to ensure targets and KPIs are met, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
7. Coordinate with internal teams (legal, operations, and technical departments) to ensure smooth integration and execution of partnership agreements and sales initiatives.
8. Prepare and manage performance reports on sales outcomes, partnership activities, and marketing effectiveness for strategic decision-making.
Yêu cầu công việc
*REQUIREMENT
- At least 3 years of experience in Business Development/ Partnership Management/ Sales/ Marketing roles, focusing on Digital projects
- Experience in the Non-life insurance industry and involvement in Insurtech initiatives are highly preferred
- Understanding of digital transformation in the Insurance industry is desirable
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns) and customer behavior in digital environments
- Project management, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Fluent English is a must

*WORKING CONDITIONS
- Working location:
Ho Chi Minh Branch Office, 14th Floor, Lim Tower 3, 29A Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Da Kao Ward, District 1, HCMC
- Working time:
+ Monday – Friday, 8:00 – 17:00 or 8:30 – 17:30
+ Work from home: 1 day/ week
- Pantry room equipped with Refrigerator, Microwave, Coffee machine, Yogurt, Tea & Coffee
- Transportation by company car & taxi for outside assignments.
- Motorbike parking: In the same building (company-registered).
