JOB SUMMARY:
The Senior B2B Sales Executive will spearhead Rowabi’s business-to-business sales initiatives in the US market. This role involves identifying opportunities, cultivating relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth across our B2B programs. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales professional with a deep understanding of B2B markets, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of success in developing and managing partnerships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Build B2B Channels from the Ground Up:
• Establish processes for identifying, reaching out to, and connecting with B2B partners in the US market.
• Develop and maintain a robust database of potential clients using CRM tools and set criteria to evaluate lead quality.
• Develop a Comprehensive Sales Funnel:
• Plan strategies across all sales stages, from prospecting and engagement to negotiation, deal closure, and post-sale support.
• Ensure consistency and efficiency in each stage of the sales funnel.
• Collaborate Closely with Marketing:
• Work hand-in-hand with the B2B marketing team to optimize campaigns, content, and communication channels.
• Improve conversion rates and enhance customer outreach effectiveness.
• Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, designers, retailers, and other potential partners.
• Proactively engage with prospects through various channels, including cold outreach, networking events, and industry exhibitions.
• Market Expansion and Data Development:
• Actively seek new data sources, including potential client lists, designers, architecture partners, and retail furniture chains.
• Identify growth opportunities and propose new approaches for market penetration.
• Revenue Generation:
• Drive sales growth by promoting Rowabi’s diverse range of B2B programs, including trade, consignment, white-label and wholesale opportunities.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Program Advocacy and Customization:
• Understand clients’ needs and recommend the most suitable Rowabi program to meet their business objectives.
• Provide feedback to internal teams for program refinement and new product development.
• Market Research and Insights:
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
• Use insights to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
• Reporting and Continuous Improvement:
• Track KPIs, analyze sales data, and assess the effectiveness of current strategies.
• Recommend improvements to processes, products, and pricing policies to continuously optimize sales efficiency and revenue growth.
Job requirements
• 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the furniture, interior design, or home décor industries in the US market.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and familiarity with Rowabi’s target client base, including retailers, designers, and distributors.
• Proficiency in English is a must, including all four skills: speaking, writing, reading, and listening.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision-making.
