Senior Architect

Job description:

For our upcoming projects we are recruiting a Senior Architect with solid experiences in Residential, Hotel and commercial project. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

Qualifications

• Architect and Architectural design skills

• Software development

• Project Management ability

• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skill

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus

JOB REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS REQUIRED

- Years of experience: minimum 5 years

- Minimum education level: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design

- Fluent English speaking and writing REQUEST

- Solid experience in AutoCAD and Photoshop and 3D design

QUALITIES

- Team management

- Creativity and ability to bring the concept into detail design

- Initiative and strong design interest

- Flexibility, diligence, reliability and strong attention to details

- Good time management and organization skill

- Good interpersonal skill and ability to work well in a team

- Correspondence in organizational support, react well under pressure

- Training support to the team for new concept

- Capacity to adapt to different culture and system

REMUNERATION
