SENIOR ACCOUNTING Cum HR - ADMIN STAFF

Purpose of the role:
The Senior Accounting - HR - Admin Staff is responsible for performing tasks related to cost accounting, payroll management, and HR-related matters, as well as general office administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
Cost Management and Payment:
• Receiving and checking the validity of accounting documents (invoices, receipts, contracts, etc.).
• Processing expense payments via bank transfer and other methods.
• Tracking and reconciling payment data with supporting documents.
• Accurately and completely inputting expense transactions into the accounting software.
• Preparing regular and ad-hoc expense reports.
• Providing explanations regarding expenses when requested.
Payroll and Benefits Management:
• Calculating salaries, bonuses, allowances, and other employee income.
• Managing payroll records, payslips, and related documents.
• Performing procedures related to social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance.
• Preparing insurance reports as required.
• Drafting and managing labor contracts and related labor relations documents.
• Keeping up-to-date with and complying with current labor laws.
• Answering employee inquiries regarding salaries, bonuses, and benefits.
Administration:
• Answering phone calls, receiving and forwarding calls to relevant departments.
• Managing incoming and outgoing mail and official correspondence.
• Managing office supplies, equipment, and other materials.
• Organizing and filing documents and records.
• Participating in planning and organizing company events.
• Providing logistical support for events.
• Booking flights, train tickets, and accommodations for business trips.
• Arranging transportation for employees and clients.
• Tracking and managing travel and accommodation expenses.
Job requirements
• Bachelor's/Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources Management, or related fields.
• 4 years of experience in a similar position working for small trading office.
• Good knowledge of accounting, finance, labor laws, and relevant legal regulations.
• Proficient in using accounting software (experience with SAP is a plus), and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Careful, detail-oriented, honest, and highly responsible.
• Fluent in English both verbal and write.
