Senior Accountant

1. Implement successfully the general accounting:

• Verify the completeness and legality of incoming and outgoing invoices and documents to ensure compliance with legal regulations;

• Manage bank transactions, and accounting documents and records;

• Conduct regular daily, monthly and quarterly data checks and reconciliations;

• Co-ordinate work with Internal Control to define issue and fix;

• Co-ordinate work with External Audit;

2. Implement successfully taxation:

• Prepare necessary paperwork for tax payments;

• Follow industry trends and track changes related to taxes;

• Complete monthly and annual tax reports;

• Organize and update the company’s tax database.

3. Implement successfully projects relating to new project:

• The accountant’s focal point to process project’s requirements;

• Co-ordinate with Tech team, Operation team to define related finance transactions and write corresponding accounting rules;

• Co-ordinate work with IT team to implement the system to serve for accounting requirements;

• Catch up and understand the mechanism, system solution and processes in the system;

• Doing UAT the system before going live.

4. Other duties as assigned by Manager.ng Block và Ban lãnh đạo Kafi tại từng thời kỳ.

1. Qualification: Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting and/or Business, Economics

2. Experience:

• At least 5 years in accounting

• Experience in finance sector (banking, securities, insurance, fintech)

• Familiar with Bravo accounting software

• Have knowledge IFRS, VAS, Circular 334/2016/TT-BTC.
