(Senior) Accountant

Crossian is looking for a detail-oriented accountant to perform and coordinate accounting duties within our organization. The accountant's responsibilities include preparing financial reports, performing account reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger, preparing tax returns, assisting with audit preparations, and performing other accounting duties as assigned. WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Perform accounting activities as well as periodical accounting and financial reports

- Ensure payments to partners / employees/ consultants are paid on time

- Ensure that all cash receipts are posted daily and matched correctly

- Prepare bank reconciliation monthly

- Conduct monthly reconcile account payables and account receivables

- Summarize and prepare quarterly VAT, CIT declaration

- Coordinate with tax, accounting, and audit consulting firms to ensure compliance with regulations, and address any issues related to financial and tax mattersEnsure compliance with all accounting policies, procedures and internal controls

- Perform other tasks as assigned by Accounting Manager/ Team Leader

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Bachelor's of Accounting/ Finance or higher

- 4-5 years of working experience as a General Accountant/ Tax Accountant

- Detail-oriented, highly focus, open-minded ,strong critical thinking, analytical and numerical skills

- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English. IELTS 6.0++ or TOEIC 750++

- Experience in the trading/ e-commerce/ Foreign Direct Investment (“FDI”)companies is an advantage
