Section Lead – Sales Admin

1. Acknowledge, guide, implement and supervise subordinates in tracking and completing sales reports as regulation of Sales Operation & Administration (SABECO).

2. Manage, analyse and evaluate the outlet's investment efficiency to support the sales force in terminating/ renewing/signing sponsorship contracts with current/ potential outlets.

3. Supervise, analyse and evaluate the efficiency of the sales support program through volume achieved versus sales budget usage progress to improve in building sales programs.

4. Consolidate, analyse and propose an S&OP plan per assigned territory to ensure S&OP data is in line with the company's sales target.

5. Be responsible for employee monthly incentive calculation and evaluation in the sales force.

6. Manage subordinates :

- Assign specific objectives for each employee to achieve objectives at the assigned territory

- Supervise, evaluate, train & coach subordinates to improve professional skills

- Propose to replace/ add more staff to achieve the target

7. Collaborate with Sales Operation & Administration (SABECO) to build an internal working process within the Sales Admin Department of the Trading company.

8. Other assignments from the Director.

1. Bachelor's degree and above, major in Business/ Business Administration/ Marketing is a plus.

2. At least 05 years in an equivalent position, prior experience in the beverage is a plus.

3. English skill equivalent level B.

4. Computer literacy in Word, Excel Advance, Access, and PowerPoint and able to use specialized software; email, internet at a decent level.
