Scheduling Department Manager

This position has the role to develop and manage project execution plan, construction methods, schedule.

Breakdown the task of the project, monitor critical path of the project and coordinate with other department to ensure the project planning and schedule is met.

Working on planning management for the project issues including:

- Establish project schedule including break down of each task of the project and identity critical path. This project schedule covers all activity including design, procurement, construction, legal requirement, sales activities etc.

- Monitor project progress matching the overall project progress. Foresee any potential delay and impact, propose the solution mitigation plan and coordinate with relevant department of NHSC for updating the schedule.

- Create periodical report of schedule and report to management.

University graduate

Architecture/ Civil Engineering/ Mechanical or Electrical engineer/ Project management or equivalent.

Project Management

Minimum 10 years experience in planning work in large size (say more than 100ha or high rise building more than 30 floors) construction project.
