Sales Technical Engineer (Packaging)

• Establishing for packaging business in Vietnam as main task. Support to hygiene market growth when necessary
• Travel very frequently mostly in Vietnam and also abroad in SEA occasionally
• Identifying and capturing business opportunities in Vietnam, Cambodian, Laos market
• Building and strengthening relationship with customers and co-suppliers
• Working closely with team members cross country and cross function
• Analyse market dynamics and benchmarking competitor products with proposals
ACCOUNTABILITIES/MISSIONS
• Support line manager to implement BU business strategy and growth plan
• Fulfil customer demand and requirements with good customer satisfaction
• Identify and capture business opportunities
• Drive Sales and business development to provide suitable product and right solution to customers
• Align with commercial and technical team to empower new technology and the right product to customers
• Define and execute or request technical service as needed to support customer and business development activities
• Have a good balance between the Customer Trials and Back-end testing to revert to customer
• Responsible to receive the customer complaints/ claims, analyse the complaint and provide solution to the customer complaints.
• Support customer trials by himself/ herself in most of the times
• Coordinate technical resource and support from technical centre
• Have good negotiation skills, ready to travel to customer visit, provide forecast for importing, timely submission of travel claims along with visit reports in Salesforce
• Work closely with customer service team to ensure DIFOT
Yêu cầu công việc
• Business administration, Marketing, Engineering, Science or equivalent. Having technical background is a plus
• Should have 3+ years of experience in relevant field. Having background in machine co., or selling packaging related products to FMCG, Confectionary or Dairy Industries.
• Ability to network and build a network of resource to help manage customers
• Have a good sense for business opportunity
• Fluent English including speaking and writing
• Good skill to work in MS Office
• Self-motivated and result-oriented
