Job description

1. Manager the sales team (routing, sales procedure, working attendant & attitude)

2. Maintain good relationships with all customers

3. Product merchandising (available/visible/touchable) for both primary & secondary shelf (planning &execution)

4. Being responsible for target in assigned products

5. Training for sales team

6. Detail and generalize reports on sales achievement sales units, inventory, and display contests weekly, monthly, and yearly.

7. Deploy E-commerce market


Job requirements

Education: bachelor's degree.

Working Experience: 2-3 years of experience in sales field

Business Understanding: FMCG industry. Pet Food is a priority.

Others (e.g., language skills, technical skills): Ms. Office.

English (Basic communication)
