Job description
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
1 Assign the sales KPIs for each sales staff within the area assigned.
2 Push and follow up the daily sales of each sales staff
3 Implement the Company activities including sales and marketing.
4 Accountable for setting the route plan of each sales staff and adjust the route plan effectively over time
5 Collect and analyze the competitive activities and propose the proactive activities to increase sales in the territory assigned.
Job requirements
• Sales staff management: minimum 3 years
• Distributor management: minimum 3 years
• Preferably candidates with experience of DAIRY product
• Route plan setting
• Coaching skills
• Sales forecasting
• Integrity and transparency
