Job description
The employee's roles and responsibilities include but not limited to the following tasks:
- Register sales program in system.
- Make sales agreement between LG & Customer & manage sales agreement (issue/collect)
- Settle incentive for customer, update balance incentive weekly, send report to customer monthly. Contact to customer to explain incentive data, answer their query.
- Other reports related customer incentive matter per request. Report to direct supervisor for any issue related customer incentive.
- Update transactions through company system (GERP). Manage customer incentive.
- Other tasks assigned by Manager
Job requirements
- University graduate with bachelor degree
- English skill as company standard (>700 score of TOEIC)
- Good Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and computer skills
- Hard-working, carefulness, enthusiasm and high sense of responsibilities
- Teamwork, disciplined working spirits
