Sales Planning Staff

• Manage product information on SAP and product data file: VAT, barcode, category, origin, etc.

• Check and update new product information for the sales department and related

departments.

• Manage retail price data, margin ratio, M/U of products.

• Manage discount rates, gross profit results of sales departments.

• Report and analyze daily, weekly, monthly sales reports and reports as required.

• Support sales departments and other departments in reporting and analyzing sales data.

• Other tasks assigned by manager.

• Bachelor/ College Degree with majors in Finance/ Accounting/ Economics/ Business Administration.

• At least 1 year working experience in sales analysis, sales admin.

• Fluent in English

• Proficient in Excel and data visualization tools.

• Have experience in SAP/ERP system is preferred.

• Strong at data analysis.

• Honest, flexible, teamwork, open-minded, willing to learn, high responsible and enthusiastic.

• Ability to work in detail.
