Sales Planning Officer (Aeon Mall Ha Dong - 434)

Because of business demand, we are in need of recruiting 01 Sales Planning Officer
+ Working time: 5 days/ week - OFF days are not fixed on weekends, work in shift (shift A: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm & shift C: 1:30 pm – 10:30 pm, Average 05-07 shift C/per month)
+ Report to: Executive/ Deputy Manager/ Manager
Main function: Identify potential tenants to replace inefficient or unsuitable tenants at Aeon Mall Ha Dong. Develop plans and analyze data to propose strategies for boosting revenue for the shopping center.
1. Find potential tenants to replace weak/not suitable tenants and to lease vacant lots/locations, storages, LED system, courts, billboard and other assets… to reach Department's target (35%).
2. Process, file and store documents/data relating to other income tenants as company's procedures. Manage, analyze data to make reports and plans for Department to assist DM and up to make decision (30%).
3. Explore new ways to boost sales and maximize income (10%);
4. Survey, analyze sales strategy of competitors and propose plan to improve sales for AMHD (10%);
5. Plan for mall renovation to increase mall’s income and improve mall’s image (10%);
6. Other tasks as assigned (5%).
Job requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree, any majors.
2. Candidates have 1 – 2 years working experience in Sales, Customer service, or related fields is preferred.
3. Good at Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Good communication in both Vietnamese and English.
5. Be careful & accurate, good communication and planning skills.
6. Can work well both independently and as a team member.
7. Willing to work in shift.
