Sales Manager Pulp

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and results-driven Sales Manager with a focus on the pulp industry. As the ideal candidate, you will have a deep understanding of the industrial / manufacturing industry and a proven track record in sales. Description * Responsible for all aspects of sales from the initial strategy to its tactical implementation and execution in the Vietnam market. * Responsible for defining current short-term Sales strategy in achieving annual goals. * Responsible for defining future long-term business initiative/plan to identify potential targets and opportunities in achieving long-term goals. * Acquire and maintain deep understanding of market and customer needs, encompassing market dynamics related to the customers, competitors, and products. * Constantly generating new initiative to develop new market/ business to scale up volume. * To develop strong relationship with customer decision maker such as Owner or Senior Management to secure businesses cooperation beyond present relationship. * Responsible to develop new business through fiber displacement and company technical assistance initiative. * Responsible for participating in or leading team for internal projects designed for inter-department or cross company growth. Profile * Solid education background from a recognised tertiary institution or university from Vietnam or overseas. * Engineering or research of Paper and Pulp related university study is an advantage. * Prior production or research experience in pulp and paper production is an advantage. * Minimum 10 years working experience with good career tracking record in local Paper Pulp Industry with preference to those with minimum 5 year's experience in Paper pulp sales. * Past professional experience in sea freight logistics will be a plus. * Strong network and experience in understanding the relationship of local Paper Pulp industry operate is preferred. * Strong communication skills and experience in a multinational corporation environment is a plus. * Job Offer Our client offers you : * An estimated salary range * A competitive benefits package (details to be updated later) * The opportunity to work in a multicultural and inclusive environment Join our client's team and take your career to the next level. Sales skills and experience in the Pulp and Paper/Board industry is a must. Extensive experience and networks in working with critical Paper Mills in this Industry. Extensive local Pulp and Paper network capability to collect business intelligence. Extensive knowledge of liaising with logistic stake holder such Port , Freight Forwader, ... Fluent English and local language in communication is a must.
