About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our efforts in the Hospital Channel (both public and private sector) for our Diagnostic Imaging (DI) medical devices. You will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategic sales plans, building strong relationships with key partners, and driving revenue growth within the assigned territory.
Key responsibilities:
1. Market Analysis & Strategy:
Conduct market research to assess product positioning and competitor landscape.
Develop a comprehensive business plan for the medical imaging product group, aligning with company goals.
Define and implement a targeted marketing plan for each product, maximizing market penetration.
2. Sales & Distribution:
Finalize sales plan and set ambitious yet achievable targets for the product group.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs).
Prepare tender configurations and actively pursue new business opportunities (hospitals, health departments).
Manage the work of Product Specialists, Sales, Service Engineers, and Sales Admin to optimize sales effectiveness.
Organize training programs for Product Specialists, and Sales teams to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
3. Product Management & Development:
Manage the entire product lifecycle, from configuration and feature development to tender preparation.
Ensure product documents and brochures are up-to-date, visually appealing, and meet marketing goals.
Work closely with the Brand to address product-related issues and ensure smooth operations.
4. Reporting & Growth Strategy:
Prepare and submit periodic reports to BOD, outlining key performance indicators (KPIs) and progress towards sales targets.
Actively participate in training courses offered by the manufacturer and the company to stay current on industry trends and technology advancements.
Propose and recommend action plans to BOD, driving operational efficiency and achieving overall company objectives.

Key Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in medical device sales, in which 3 years take management role, preferably with a focus on DI products.
English proficiency with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
Strong understanding of the ETC channel in the medical device industry.
Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a diversified team
Skilled negotiator with the ability to close deals and secure favorable terms.
Proficient in CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to travel as required.
