Sales Manager - Forwarding (Air Freight)

Business Development:

Proactively identify and engage potential customers to drive new business growth.

Develop a structured pipeline of prospective clients, ensuring long-term business sustainability.

Client Management:

Handle and respond to RFQ (Request for Quotation) documents with accuracy and professionalism.

Act as a representative of the company, ensuring all client interactions align with organizational values and policies.

Sales Strategy Execution:

Conduct impactful sales presentations to showcase the company’s capabilities, products, and services.

Expand business opportunities within existing accounts through cross-selling and up-selling of services, including airfreight, sea freight, road freight, value-added solutions, and contract logistics.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Trade, or related fields.

1–2 years of experience in the logistics industry, with preference for candidates with sales experience.

Multilingual proficiency (Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean, and English); strong English communication skills are a significant advantage.

Technical & Soft Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Exceptional communication abilities, including verbal, written, and email correspondence.
