- Functional area
• Lead the Inside Sales team to meet or exceed sales and gross profit targets, while maintaining high service standards.
• Develop and execute strategies for pricing, forecasting, and budgeting, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
• Oversee the management of customer information in the ERP system, including data related to Kanban logistics models and customer-specific requirements.
• Actively support B2B customer acquisition and retention, ensuring long-term partnerships and satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze sales data and customer trends, providing insights to drive decision-making.
• Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to optimize service delivery and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Ensure effective customer complaint management, addressing issues promptly and professionally.
• Promote and enforce compliance with ISO standards and internal global processes.
• Conduct and support training programs focused on negotiation, customer service, and sales strategies.
• Prepare and review sales documents, including contracts, quotations, and certificates (CO-CQ).

Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of experience in C-Part supply services, logistics, or trading, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Proven expertise in pricing management, sales forecasting, budgeting, and optimizing customer operations.
• Experience in managing customer service for corporate clients, with a strong focus on relationship building and service quality improvement.
• Proficiency in data analysis and ERP/SAP systems, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Knowledge of Kanban logistics and its application in supply chain optimization is preferred.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated, confident, responsible, and adaptable to high-pressure situations.
• Fluent in English (oral and written), with the ability to engage effectively in an international corporate environment.
• Familiarity with global compliance standards and ISO systems (ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001).
