Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Leadership & Strategy
• Lead, coach, and mentor the sales consultants, partners and distributors helping them grow their customer portfolios and ensuring they are motivated and achieving their performance goals.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to continuously enhance Vietpay’s sales approach.
2. Partner Acquisition & Relationship Management
• Build and nurture relationships with partners within various distribution channels targeting small and medium-sized businesses.
• Identify prospective large distribution partners and engage in proactive outreach to promote Vietpay’s POS, QR payments, and digital banking solutions.
• Develop partnerships leading to strong distribution strategies encouraging sales portfolio retention and growth via referrals.
3. Performance Tracking & Optimization
• Use data and analytics to track performance and adjust sales tactics as needed.
• Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.
• Work closely with marketing, technology and operations teams to ensure alignment and optimization of client experience.
4. Team Development & Training
• Design and implement training programs to ensure consultants and partners are well trained and knowledgeable about Vietpay’s products and services.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, offering feedback and guidance to foster growth and development within the sales and distribution network.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Must be a native speaker in Vietnamese.
• Must have very good English speaking skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership roles, preferably in the banking, fintech, or digital payments sector.
• Proven track record in sales, client acquisition, and relationship management within the SME segment.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance optimization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with digital payment systems, banking services, and AI-driven financial solutions is a plus.
