Sales General Affairs Staff
Job description
Position Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing documents and performing necessary tasks related to the sales activities of the Branch, ensuring the smooth operation of the Branch. Support departments in dealing with government authorities to complete related procedures and paperwork.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Search for and negotiate new warehouse rentals as required by superiors.
- Conduct community relations work related to business and sales activities.
- Address issues related to safety, hygiene, and fire prevention at the Branch.
- Assist the Business Management Department with unexpected inventory checks and report inventory results at the warehouse.
- Review payment documents related to transportation services provided by suppliers for the Sales Department.
- Update reports for the branch.
- Analyze and update data for the branch.
- Monitor and track vehicle mileage for the entire branch on a monthly basis.
- Support the Area Manager at sales warehouses with asset documentation and expenses related to the Branch.
- Coordinate with departments to resolve issues related to the Branch's sales activities.
- Responsible for guiding and supporting new staff.
- In the absence of the team leader, regularly update the department head on the team's tasks and follow their guidance.
- Perform other tasks as directed by superiors.
- Be knowledgeable about products and sales services.
- Have a clear understanding of sales activities across all three channels (Traditional, Modern, and Food Service).

- Male, aged 22-26.
- University graduate.
