Job Description:

As part of Nishio Rent All Vietnam, a global leader in industrial and construction equipment rental services, we are continuously expanding our operations in Vietnam and are looking for dynamic individuals to contribute to our mission: "To contribute to the economic community as a pioneer in the comprehensive rental business."

In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

• Customer Visits: Regular visits to customers, primarily at factories and construction sites.

• Customer Acquisition: Identify and approach new potential customers, build customer lists, gather project details, and report to management.

• Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met.

• Quotation & Contract Management: Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and manage related administrative tasks.

• Sales Target Achievement: Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets set by the company.

• Other Tasks: Perform any other duties as assigned by the manager.

Job Requirements:

To be successful in this role and contribute to the long-term success of the company, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Experience: 3-5+ years of sales experience in factory-related fields, preferably with Japanese, Korean, or Western companies. Experience in renting or selling forklifts is a plus.

• Language: Business-level proficiency in English.

• Driving License: Valid B2 driving license.

• Commitment: A strong desire to work long-term and grow with the company.

• Personality: Open-minded, proactive, and solution-oriented.

• Gender: Male/Female.

• Age: 28-35 years old.

• Immediate Availability: Able to start work immediately.
