Job description
※ Company’s business fields: YKK AP is a leading aluminum door manufacturer in Japan
Company’s business fields in Viet Nam: Design services; Market research service; Import & Export architecture products (windows & doors, exterior products, entrance doors, curtain walls, etc.).
+ Customer Care: Maintain personal customer care, keeping regular contact with customers and YKK AP 's current Distributor
+ Customer Acquisition and Sales: Search for potential customers, identify their needs, and promote YKK AP products for private houses and construction projects.
+ Consultation: Advise customers on suitable door solutions that match the architecture and interior design.
+ Customer Care: Maintain personal customer care, keeping regular contact with customers.
+ Feedback and Policy Development: Provide project feedback to the Business Management Board to develop appropriate policies and solutions.
+ Sales Policy Development: Participate in creating sales policies for projects.
+ Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with construction companies, design firms, project management boards, and provincial and city construction departments.
Job requirements
Required skills / experience:
+ Customer Acquisition Skills: Proficiency in identifying potential customers.
+ Having experience in the aluminum market is an advantage
+ Speak English as business level
+ Presentation Skills: Ability to present, introduce products, and persuade customers.
+ Customer Care Skills: Competence in customer service and complaint handling.
+ Negotiation Skills: Strong customer negotiation skills.
+ Digital Marketing Skills: Expertise in digital marketing techniques.
Years of experience: Over 2 years experience
Gender: Female/Male, over 25 years old.
English Level: Business level
Education level: University
Desired Skill, Preferable skill experience: 'Independent and Team Work Skills: Ability to work independently and effectively in a team.
Salary: Basic Salary $600-800 (Gross) or negotiatable with potential candidates
Bonus, Allowance: 13th month salary and Performance bonus yearly, birthday, maternity, company trip....
Social Insurance : Full basic salary
Remarks: Two month trial period ( Salary will be 85% of basic saraly)
After join to our company, he will be trained about product knowledge in 2 week.
Working Day: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM from Monday - Friday and two (02) Saturday mornings.
