Sales Executive
Job description
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:
To be the interface between the company and customers, responsible for increasing the company’s revenues by achieving sales objectives within the assigned territory and/or accounts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain relationships with target customers.
- Sales forecast, stock planning, follow up with orders status to ensure on time delivery.
- Manage customer sampling, technical enquiries and keep close liaison with internal departments to provide informative feedback to customer’s request.
- Manage account receivable to ensure a healthy financial status.
- Propose a strategy and action plan for the company's growth and customer base expansion.
- Prepare report on customer activities, operation and business-related processes.
- Other tasks assigned by management.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- 30% of time for handling purchase orders, shipment schedule, sales contract and shipping document, inventory forecast, following A/R, submit sample for customer’s development.
- 30% of time for solving complain, technical issue, fabrics testing and interlining recommendation.
- 40% of time for visiting customers and developing new businesses.
Job requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: University degree in either garment, textiles, economy or business administration.
- Experience:
- 5+ years of sales experience from trim supplier side in garment industry, with proven record of business development at buyer or factory level.
- Already built up and had certain relationship with buyer/ factory level within Vietnam region.
- Able to explain clearly about garment making process, basic understanding about yarn and textile (interlining knowledge is preferred). Have good sense when dealing with technical issues.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills by English. Chinese is a plus.
- High level of attention to details, ability to multi-task and well organized.
