Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer relations, with a priority given to those with experience in the Marine / Oil and Gas industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- To promote Mermaid Maritime Vietnam Company Limited (MMV) products and services within maritime safety to Marine and Offshore customers.

- Proactively participate in the expansion of the scope of products and services in accordance with the needs of the customers.

- Participate in maritime and offshore fairs and exhibitions etc.

- Convey market information to the management.

- Understand all MMV services and products such as Life Saving Appliance (LSA), Rescue Boat, Fire Fighting Equipment (FFE), Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), CO2 system ...

- Understand sales procedures.

- Maintain existing customers & establish relationship with new customers.

- Contact with customers & record all information & customer feedback.

- Receiving & handling of customers complaint about product, delivery time.

- Make quotation, contract & issue work order.

- Search potential customer.

- Work closely with workshop team to arrange the service & delivery in time.

- Send job status daily and inquiry list weekly.

- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales position, the Marine / Oil and Gas industry.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer persuasion skills.

• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

• Prior experience in bidding within the Marine / Oil and Gas industry is highly preferred.

• Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations with integrity and dedication.
