Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager with Chinese speaking to explore new channels and local distributors to meet and exceed sales objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a keen ability to assess distributor quality, and relevant experience in the FMCG industry.
Main Responsibilities:
• Channel Exploration: Identify and develop new sales channels and local distributors to enhance market reach and achieve sales targets.
• Distributor Assessment: Evaluate and judge the quality of potential distributors, ensuring they align with company standards and business objectives.
• Collaboration with Modern Trade (MT) channel or GT channel: Work closely with modern trade partners to drive sales and enhance product visibility in retail outlets.
• Market Experience: Leverage experience in imported FMCG and international companies to inform strategies and improve sales performance.
Job requirements
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in sales management, preferably within the FMCG sector.
• Sales Channel Experience: Prior experience working with modern trade (MT) or General Trade (GT) is highly preferred.
• Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively engage with distributors and partners.
• Language: Fluency in Mandarin with 4 skills
