Mô tả công việc
- Attend to sales enquiries, quotations and responding to customer enquiries
- Prepare proposal, quotation & add on form for customer
- Check on new ETI or TI and submit to Customer Support for processing
- Raise credit note, debit note, get signatory and approval and submit to billing department for processing
- Issue of Warrant Certificate
- Update sales lead and retrieve service docket
- Other Ad-hoc duties & Sales Related support
- Recording & prepare report on Sales Lead, Sales Statistics Report, KPI Reports
- Prepare monthly Sales Staff Commission
- Administrative Work
Yêu cầu công việc
- GCE “O” Level, Diploma in any discipline or higher
- Familiarity or experience with Sales Coordination/Support preferred
- Possess good communications skills
- Effectively bilingual in English and another language (Spoken & Written)
- Computer literate, knowledge in Microsoft applications a must
- Meticulous, excellent with details
- Service-oriented, pleasant personality, able to work under pressure
