Sales Coordinator - Chinese Speaking

Navigos Search is looking for the position of Sales Coordinator for a reprentative office of Japanese manufacturer, specialized in electronics, in Hanoi to take care of Chinese clients.

• Work directly with customers (mainly Chinese) to get information (PO, Delivery, Specs,…) and communicate with Factory.

• Customer interface for quality issue or any customer requirement.

• Onsite defect verification at customer IQC and assembly.

• Regular meeting with customer and factory.

• Follow up action items.

• Review Factory report prior send to customer.

• Work with customer and factory on IQC criteria and requirement.

• Summary Customer IQC and in process performance.

• At least 3 years of related work experience.

• Fluent Chinese & English.

• Bachelor degree.

• Able to communicate with customer fluently and with pleasing personality is advantage.

• Able to work more than expected hours upon work needed.

• Flexible and easy to adopt with new environment.

* Working Location: Phan Chu Trinh St., Hoan Kiem Dist., Hanoi.

* Customer location: in the North of Vietnam (Bac Ninh, Hai Duong, Phu Tho,… mainly electronics manufacturers).

* Business trip: not frequently.

* Salary: USD 1,000 - 1,500 Gross.

* Yearly performance bonus, 13th month salary.

* Yearly salary review & increase every July.

* Working time: Mon-Fri (8:00 – 17:30).
