SALES ASSISTANT MANAGER (Raw material for Personal Care/ Home Care Products)

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts.

• Deeply understand customer needs and proactively address their concerns.

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and in new market segments.

• Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market share and acquire new customers.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth areas.

• Collaborate with Head of BU to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations.

• Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports.

• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

• Analyze market data to identify new product opportunities and recommend improvements.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, logistics, and operations.

• Ensure smooth order fulfillment and efficient inventory management.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress.

• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in sales or account management within the chemical distribution industry.

• Proven track record of success in business development and new customer acquisition.

• Strong knowledge of the personal care and home care markets (essential).

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (both written and verbal).

• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
